Candeo Hotels Kobe Tor Road

This is a great hotel that exceeded my expectations. The staff was great and multilingual. They kept our bike cases for us which really helped us out and were so kind to do so. The hotel is only 200 meters from the Sannomiya station and is very close to great shopping and restaurants. Loved the bath on the 14th floor, great place to relax and refresh.

Convenient access to shops/restaurants and metro. Check-in/out is hassle free. Staffs are very helpful. The open air bath is fantastic. The buffet breakfast offers local seasonal dishes for a detox healthy diet.

Hotel was conveniently located near a train station and the streets behind the hotel are great for shopping! Room is very clean and relatively spacious. Breakfast was good with a mix of japanese and intercontinental.

This hotel is is the perfect location for exploring Kobe and also exploring the waterfront. It’s close to plenty of food options. The room and bathroom was a great size, with lots of seating and I loved having a kettle and fridge in the room. The toiletries, pjs and slippers were all great and the rooftop spa was perfect. Tattoos are allowed as long as you cover them up, just ask at reception and they will provide you with something to cover them with. Breakfast was great, plenty of Japanese and western options and never busy either due to allocated breakfast times.

The breakfast buffet was good and it had a variety of different options. The room was nice with a big window and a comfortable bed. The tv in the room was high quality and it was great to be able to watch Netflix. They kept our luggage before check in and after check out without extra fee which was very convenient for us.
